Job summary

NAB Graduate Program in Group Transformation offers hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment. You’ll work on real projects, receive structured training and mentoring, complete meaningful work and build strong connections with leaders across NAB.

You’ll rotate through diverse teams, contribute to customer and colleague experience strategies, analyze needs, help design propositions and support large-scale change.

Qualifications

• Be Australian or New Zealand citizen or Australian Permanent Resident at the time of applying.
• Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the past three years (2025, 2026 or 2027) or be due to complete it by the commencement of the program.
• Interest in banking transformation and customer-centric change.

What you’ll do in Group Transformation

Through rotations, you’ll work with diverse teams and gain exposure to delivering transformation at scale. Depending on your rotation, you may:

• Contribute to strategies that improve customer and colleague experiences
• Work with product and business teams to analyse customer needs and market trends
• Help design and deliver customer propositions and solutions
• Review, strengthen and automate controls to protect customers and colleagues
• Use data and analysis to identify product and process improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with teams across NAB to deliver impactful transformation initiatives

Locations

Graduate roles in Group Transformation are primarily based in Melbourne, with a limited number of opportunities available in Sydney.

Program Start Date

The 2028 NAB Graduate Program commences in February 2028.
