Job summary

Metcash Trading Limited is seeking an experienced leader to advance Enterprise Risk Management and Business Resilience across its national operations in Australia. You will partner with senior leaders to identify, assess and govern strategic and operational risks, driving reporting to the Board and governance committees.

You'll build and refine risk frameworks, lead continuity and crisis management initiatives, and foster strong stakeholder relationships across the Metcash Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Audit or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of risk, governance and assurance frameworks.
• Experience working within a regulated or complex corporate environment.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Strong communication and executive reporting capability.
• Proven analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

• Drive the ongoing development of Metcash's Enterprise Risk Management and Business Resilience Frameworks.
• Partner with business leaders to identify, assess and manage strategic and operational risks.
• Deliver risk reporting and insights to senior leadership, governance committees and the Board.
• Lead business continuity, crisis management and operational resilience initiatives.
• Oversee and lead Security of Critical Infrastructure (SoCI) risk management obligations.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and provide risk leadership across the business.
