Tellus Holdings Ltd in Western Australia seeks a Group Manager – Safety, People & Environment to lead a cross-functional team across safety, health, hygiene, environment, emergency response and Human Resources. You will design systems, coach supervisors and set safety standards on site at Sandy Ridge.

You will shape the Safety Plan, deliver the People Plan, and drive environmental performance, reporting to the leadership team and Board.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on safety leadership in a high-hazard WA environment such as mining, resources, energy or waste.
• Experience leading specialists and earning the trust of line leaders to own safety and people outcomes.
• Comfort delivering board papers and frontline pre-start discussions.

Aufgaben

• Shape and lead our enterprise Safety Plan with a focus on leadership impact and risk control.
• Partner with leaders to deliver our People Plan, boosting leadership, wellbeing and engagement.
• Lead environmental performance central to our licence and purpose.
• Report on safety, people and environmental performance to the leadership team and Board.
• Lead HSE management systems, assurance, risk and compliance frameworks.
