Job summary

RSGx Group requires a Senior HSE Manager to own HSE strategy and governance across Western Australia, based from our Perth office in Burswood. You will lead HSE Leads and Advisors, oversee regulator engagements, and drive responses to serious incidents while reporting to the General Manager - HSEQ.

You must bring 10+ years in HSE with 5+ years leading teams across sites, a WHS-related degree, and certifications such as ICAM and Lead Auditor.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HSE experience across multiple sites or regions.
• Experience leading HSE teams and engaging executives, regulators and boards.

Responsibilities

• Own HSE strategy and enterprise risk across WA.
• Lead governance for Critical Risk / Critical Control programs and due diligence for new markets or acquisitions.
• Coach and develop HSE Leads and Advisors; build succession planning for leadership roles.
• Own compliance across ISO45001, ISO9001, ISO14001 and OFSC group-wide.
• Lead audits, regulator relationships and incident investigations.
• Coordinate responses to serious incidents with executive notification.
• Ensure ability to stop unsafe work and drive continuous improvement using HSE data.
