dnata catering & retail Australia is seeking an experienced Manager, Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) to lead safety, wellbeing and environmental performance across WA and NT. You will partner with operations, People & Culture, senior leaders and regulators to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.

You will oversee hazard management, incident investigation, injury management, and proactive safety initiatives, embedding a safety-first culture across the organisation.

Competenze

• Formal safety qualification is essential.
• Environmental qualification is desirable.
• Strong ability to collaborate, lead teams, and work independently.
• Proficient in documentation, reporting, and records management.

Mansioni

• Lead and support local HSE teams to deliver safety activities and meet targets.
• Drive hazard identification, risk assessment, incident investigation, and compliance with legislation and standards.
• Deliver safety and environmental improvement initiatives to enhance performance and culture.
• Conduct internal audits, inspections, and support external audits and regulatory interactions.
• Facilitate HSE inductions and ensure employees understand obligations.
• Maintain incident records and ensure timely reporting in the online system.
• Support injury management and return-to-work planning.
• Prepare monthly HSE reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
• Provide HSE support to other dnata business units as needed.
