Modaxo is seeking a Group Director of HR for ANZ to lead talent strategy across multiple sites in Australia. You will drive leadership development, succession planning, retention programs and onboarding, while aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and M&A integration.

You will oversee HRIS (Workday) and analytics, advise leadership, manage workforce planning, and partner with BU leaders to deliver exceptional employee experience. International travel may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; AHRI certification preferred.
• Extensive HR experience in strategic and operational roles.
• Knowledge of Australian employment regulations and HR practices.
• Strong coaching, communication, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS (Workday) and advanced Excel.
• Ability to lead across multi-location environments and M&A integration.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement Group HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee learning and leadership development to build bench strength.
• Lead succession planning and retention initiatives.
• Drive compensation and benefits practices across the Group.
• Manage HRIS (Workday) and data analytics for workforce planning.
• Support M&A activities, due diligence and people integration.
• Ensure HR compliance and partner with BU leaders for employee experience.
