Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR across Australia, partnering with leaders to drive people strategies, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. You’ll own talent acquisition, performance management, and compensation programs while aligning with global HR standards.

You’ll collaborate with APAC HR and Corporate Global HR, manage HR operations, and drive workforce planning in a matrix environment, including travel 5-10% to regional units.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years’ experience in HR, including HR Business Partnering.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field.
• Post graduate qualifications in HR preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of country employment laws and safety protocols.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills for leadership level.
• Analytical skills to develop holistic HR solutions.

Responsibilities

• Strategic HR business partnership across Australian units and APAC HR network.
• Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition and onboarding in Australia.
• Manage performance review and goal-setting processes.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs with global frameworks.
• Coordinate learning and development initiatives.
• Oversee HR operations, policies, compliance, and documentation.
• Prepare HR metrics, trends, and analytics for management.
