Harmony Auto in Sydney leads a multi-site automotive finance and insurance function across NSW and Victoria. You will oversee Business Managers, drive F&I performance and ensure compliance, customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

The role requires strategic leadership, partnership building with banks and insurers, and a track record of elevating group-wide F&I results across multiple locations. Based in Sydney, with travel to VIC as needed.

Formación

• Extensive automotive F&I experience and leadership
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop multiple Business Managers
• Established relationships with banks, financiers and insurers
• Strong commercial acumen with focus on profitability and KPI delivery
• Proven track record of improving results and driving performance
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
• Sound compliance mindset with regulatory understanding
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-first approach and focus on service quality

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop Business Managers across NSW and Victoria
• Establish performance expectations and drive accountability for results
• Build and maintain relationships with finanacial partners and insurers
• Develop group-wide F&I strategy and reporting standards
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
• Collaborate with sales and aftersales to improve product offerings and revenue
• Monitor customer satisfaction and drive improvements across locations
