Job summary

Metro Staffing Solutions is assisting an established international group in appointing a Sydney-based Group CFO to lead finance, reporting and controls. The role will drive IPO readiness and partner with the CEO, COO and Board across Australia and China to improve margins and cash visibility.

You will bring senior finance leadership, ASX/listing familiarity and expertise in cross-border reporting, IFRS/AASB governance, and ERP/BI implementations to support growth and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience as a CFO or senior finance leader
• ASX listing or IPO experience preferred
• Strong governance and IFRS/AASB knowledge
• Experience with cross-border reporting and complex financial structures

Responsibilities

• Lead group finance, reporting and controls
• Prepare and manage IPO readiness activities
• Collaborate with CEO, COO, Board and finance teams across Australia and China
• Improve visibility over margins, working capital and cash flow
