Job summary

The position involves regular driving to bore sites, a 5-2 roster, and a strong emphasis on safety, collaboration, and stakeholder relations.

Qualifications

• University degree or first degree or other professional qualification preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of water bore construction, operation and infrastructure highly regarded.
• Experience working under safety management systems.
• Experience working using Safe Systems of Work.
• Attention to detail and good record keeping.
• Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ability to easily interact with landholders to facilitate access to water bores.

Responsibilities

• Plan the field work schedule of baseline assessments.
• Contact bore owners and arrange access to undertake baseline assessments.
• Draft and deliver required statutory entry notices within timeframes.
• Ensure records are maintained within Arrow databases.
• Accompany Arrow or contractor personnel to sites to undertake baseline assessments.
• Deliver bore assessment notices and reports to landholders to comply with Water Act requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders to foster positive working relationships.
