Job summary

Arrow Energy is seeking a Groundwater Liaison Officer in Dalby, Australia, to plan field schedules for baseline assessments and coordinate access to water bores under the Water Act. This role involves regular driving to sites and a 5-2 roster.

You will manage the field components of baseline obligations, contact bore owners, draft entry notices, maintain records, and support contractors in bore assessments, while upholding Arrow's safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred but not essential.
• Knowledge of water bore construction, operation and infrastructure highly regarded.
• Experience working under safety management systems.
• Attention to detail and good record keeping.
• Strong team player in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ability to easily interact with Landholders to facilitate access to water bores.

Responsibilities

• Plan field work schedule for baseline assessments.
• Contact bore owners and arrange access to undertake the baseline assessment.
• Draft and deliver required statutory entry notices within necessary timeframes.
• Maintain records within Arrow databases.
• Accompany Arrow or contractor personnel to sites to undertake baseline assessments.
• Deliver bore assessment notices, bore assessment reports and key terms to landholders to comply with the Water Act 2000.
