Job summary

New South Wales Golf Club is seeking a Casual Morning Groundsperson to join our Course Maintenance team. Typical hours are 6–10am, with availability of at least 20 hours per week and a 7–day roster offering flexible options.

No experience? Full training is provided. You will need a valid driver’s licence, enjoy outdoor work, and be reliable, organised, and a team player ready to contribute to a professional, high-performing course.

Responsibilities

• Maintain turf areas across the course: greens, tees, surrounds, fairways, roughs and bunkers.
• Walk mowing greens to keep them in top condition.
• Prepare the course for members and guests by following safe work practices.
• Contribute positively to the maintenance team and daily operations.

• Maintaining turf areas across the course: greens, tees, surrounds, fairways, roughs and bunkers
