Job summary

genU is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Assistant Supervisor to lead our Landcare crew in Geelong, delivering high-quality grounds and garden maintenance across the area.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure safety, and support team members. Experience in landscaping and a readiness to work with disability cohorts are essential. AQF3 Chemical Accreditation or willingness to obtain is required.

What you’ll do

As the Grounds Maintenance Assistant Supervisor for our Landcare team, you’ll:

• Lead a crew day to day, with landscaping and garden maintenance across Geelong.
• Deliver high-quality grounds and garden maintenance services include hand mowing, brush cutting, hedging, weeding ! ,herbicide ? spraying
• Manage a safe, supportive and fun team environment.

What you’ll bring

• Solid experience in landscaping, gardening, grounds maintenance or similar.

• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal and organisational skills.
• A hardworking, reliable, and punctual attitude.
• AQF3 Chemical Accreditation or willingness to obtain.

(You’ll also need an NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate – but don’t worry, we’ll keep helping you through this.)
