Job summary

genU is seeking a hands-on team leader to manage landscaping and garden maintenance across Geelong. You will supervise a crew, perform high-quality grounds work and ensure safe, supportive team dynamics for staff with disability and colleagues.

The role focuses on practical outdoor work and positive community impact. Ideal candidates will have solid landscaping experience, a keen eye for detail, strong teamwork, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in landscaping, gardening, grounds maintenance or similar.
• An enthusiasm for working alongside people with disability.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal and organisational skills.
• A hardworking, reliable, and punctual attitude.
• AQF3 Chemical Accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate required (assistance available).
