Job summary

genU is seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Assistant Supervisor in Geelong to support mowing, brush cutting, hedging, weeding and herbicide spraying while ensuring safety and adherence to permits and protocols. This full-time role focuses on teamwork and delivering high-quality grounds care for the community we support.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications or experience in grounds maintenance.
• AQF3 Chemical Accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module Certificate.

genU is looking for supportive and hands on Grounds Maintenance Assistant Supervisor to support with mowing, brush cutting, hedging, weeding, and herbicide spraying. This role is all about safety, teamwork, and attention to detail, ensuring permits, protocols, and daily tasks are completed accurately while delivering excellent results.
