genU is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Assistant Supervisor to support our landscaping crew across Geelong. You’ll lead hands-on maintenance tasks and help deliver high-quality grounds and garden care in a supportive environment.

If you have landscaping experience, a passion for working with disability, and a practical, team-friendly approach, this role offers a chance to learn, grow and progress within a purpose‑driven organisation and contribute to social impact.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in landscaping, gardening, grounds maintenance or similar.
• Enthusiasm for working with people with disability.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Team-oriented with good interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Hardworking, reliable and punctual attitude.
• AQF3 Chemical Accreditation (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Support a crew day to day, delivering landscaping and garden maintenance across Geelong.
• Deliver high-quality grounds and garden maintenance including hand mowing, brush cutting, hedging, weeding and herbicide spraying.
• Take a leading role in a safe, supportive and fun team environment.
