Job summary

Ingenia Lifestyle’s Element by Ingenia Lifestyle site in NSW is hiring a Grounds & Maintenance Officer. You’ll maintain outdoor spaces, perform minor repairs, and help keep the park welcoming for residents and guests.

You’ll need hands-on grounds maintenance experience, a current C-class manual licence, and a proactive, team‑oriented attitude. PPE safety awareness and the ability to handle manual tasks across varied terrain are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on grounds maintenance experience.
• C class manual driver's licence required.
• Capable of lifting, bending and handling tools across varied terrain.
• Knowledge of PPE and safe handling of chemicals, tools and machinery.
• Strong communication and a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outdoor spaces through mowing, pruning, planting and pest control.
• Carry out repairs and upkeep across the site, including accommodation and pool areas.
• Coordinate contractor work and manage grounds maintenance budgets.
• Conduct WHS checks and document maintenance activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with the team and respond to resident queries.
