Job summary

Ingenia Lifestyle is seeking a Grounds & Maintenance Officer for Element by Ingenia Lifestyle in New South Wales. You will maintain outdoor spaces, carry out repairs, and coordinate contractor work to keep the park safe and welcoming for residents and guests.

The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, familiarity with safety protocols, and a proactive, team-oriented approach to deliver high standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in building and grounds maintenance.
• Capable of operating tools and equipment across varied terrain.
• Understand PPE and safe chemical handling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outdoor spaces through mowing, pruning, planting, and pest control to keep the park welcoming.
• Carry out general repairs and upkeep across accommodation, pools, and equipment.
• Coordinate contractor work and manage grounds maintenance budgets within financial guidelines.
• Conduct WHS checks and document maintenance activities and incidents.
• Collaborate with team and respond to resident queries with a positive, team-first attitude.
