Job summary

Ingenia Communities Group is seeking a Full-Time Grounds & Maintenance Officer for our Lake Conjola Holidays site. Reporting to the Park Manager, you will maintain gardens, clear debris, and perform general repairs to keep the park clean, safe and welcoming for guests daily.

This role requires hands-on grounds experience, a current C class driver license, and a proactive commitment to safety. You’ll work with residents and guests in a relaxed coastal setting, supported by a friendly team and

• Experience in grounds maintenance including pruning, weeding, mowing and edging.
• Ability to operate safely with chemicals and pool/site systems.
• Hold a current C class driver license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain garden areas and grounds to keep the park tidy and inviting.
• Respond to resident/guest maintenance requests and coordinate with trades when needed.
• Perform general repairs and maintenance on tools, lighting, fixtures, and fencing.
• Assist with site presentation and report damage or safety issues.
• Ensure safe, clean environment for guests and team.

We’re on the lookout for a Full-Time Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join our team at our Lake Conjola Holidays site. Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the park looking beautiful, safe, and welcoming — ensuring guests enjoy a clean, well-maintained environment every day. In this Role, You’ll

• Maintain all garden areas through pruning, weeding, fertilising, replanting, mulching, hedging, mowing and edging.
• Keep grounds clean and safe by clearing debris, collecting bins, spraying for weeds/pests, and maintaining pool areas (if applicable).
• Carry out general repairs and maintenance, including tools, equipment, lighting, fixtures, fencing, BBQs and basic painting.
• Respond to resident/guest maintenance requests, provide feedback on contractor work, and elevate issues to trades when needed.
• Support site presentation and security by reporting damage or incidents and accurately logging all maintenance and repair activities.
