Job summary

Ingenia Communities Group is seeking a casual Grounds & Maintenance Officer for the Hunter Valley Holidays site. You will maintain outdoor spaces, perform repairs, and oversee contractor work to ensure a welcoming and safe environment for guests and residents.

Role involves manual tasks, driving, and adherence to WHS standards, with opportunities for flexible work schedules and staff discounts within Ingenia Holiday Parks network.

Qualifications

• Hold a current “C” Class manual driver’s licence.
• Hands-on experience in building and grounds maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond calmly in emergencies.
• Proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude.
• Comfortable with manual tasks and PPE safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintain outdoor spaces through mowing, pruning, planting, and pest control.
• Carry out general repairs and upkeep across the site, including accommodation, pool areas, and equipment.
• Coordinate contractor work and manage grounds maintenance budgets to meet standards within financial guidelines.
• Conduct regular WHS checks, follow safety protocols, and document maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with team members, respond to resident queries, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the park looking beautiful, safe, and welcoming - ensuring guests enjoy a clean, well-maintained environment every day. In this Role, You’ll

You’re Likely a Match If You

• Hold a current “C” Class manual driver’s licence.
