Job summary

Ingenia is seeking a Casual Grounds & Maintenance Officer for the Eden Beachfront Holidays site in Eden, NSW. Reporting to the Park Manager, you will keep the park looking beautiful, safe and welcoming, ensuring guests enjoy a clean, well‑maintained environment every day.

Ideal candidates have grounds and maintenance experience, understand safety procedures, and hold a current C class driver license. This role offers flexible schedules and opportunities to contribute to memorable guest

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining garden areas and site facilities.
• Ability to operate basic tools and perform minor repairs.
• Knowledge of site and safety procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain garden areas through pruning, weeding, fertilising, mulching, mowing and edging.
• Keep grounds clean and safe by clearing debris and maintaining pool areas where applicable.
• Carry out general repairs and maintenance of lighting, fixtures, fencing, and basic painting.
• Respond to maintenance requests and log all activities for reporting.
• Support site presentation and safety by reporting damage and assisting with incidents.

We’re on the lookout for a Casual Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join our team at our Eden Beachfront Holidayssite.

Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in keeping the park looking beautiful, safe, and welcoming — ensuring guests enjoy a clean, well‑maintained environment every day.

In this Role, You’ll

• Maintain all garden areas through pruning, weeding, fertilising, replanting, mulching, hedging, mowing and edging.
• Keep grounds clean and safe by clearing debris, collecting bins, spraying for weeds/pests, and maintaining pool areas (if applicable).
• Carry out general repairs and maintenance, including tools, equipment, lighting, fixtures, fencing, BBQs and basic painting.
• Respond to resident/guest maintenance requests, provide feedback on contractor work, and escalat issues to trades when needed.
• Support site presentation and security by reporting damage or incidents and accurately logging all maintenance and repair activities.
