Job summary

The Nrma is seeking a skilled Handyperson to join a small, dedicated team in a full-time maintenance role. You’ll tackle incidental repairs across rooms, amenities and facilities, bringing problem-solving flair to a setting where no two days are the same.

Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll work on building projects, major repairs, renovations, and mechanical tasks, with weekend flexibility and staff accommodation available to support who join the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in property maintenance and confident with power tools.
• Strong time management and keen eye for detail.
• Customer service mindset with ability to engage guests.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work independently.
• Willingness to follow directions on daily tasks.
• Hands-on attitude, energetic and reasonably fit.

• Medium rigid truck licence and forklift licence (highly desirable).
• An ability to follow direction related to daily tasks and expectations
• Proven experience in property maintenance and confidence with power tools.
• The ability to stay calm under pressure and work independently.
• Solid knowledge of safe working procedures.
• A "hands-on" attitude, energy, enthusiasm, and a reasonable level of fitness.
