EVT is hiring a Casual Guest Service Agent for Rydges Sydney Airport in Sydney. You’ll greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, and collaborate with multiple hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and memorable stays.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year GSA experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with reservation systems. This is a front-line role offering dynamic work in a busy airport setting with generous perks.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Be the face of Rydges, delivering warm, memorable stays from arrival to departure.
• Manage guest arrivals, check-in/check-out, cashiering and daily transactions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Reservations and Maintenance to meet guest expectations.
• Maintain accurate reservations, room rates, packages and local knowledge.
• Uphold WH&S standards and policies while maintaining a safe workspace.

Key Responsibilities

Be the face of Rydges, you'll deliver warm, memorable stays from the moment guests arrive to the moment they leave. We are looking a Casual GSA’s to join the team.

• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, providing warm welcomes and farewells, and promptly responding to requests, messages, and concerns.
• Manage guest arrivals and departures efficiently, including accurate check‑in/check‑out, cashiering, daily transactions, and opening/closing duties in line with hotel procedures.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Maintenance, and other teams to ensure rooms, special requests, and guest expectations are fully met.
• Maintain accurate reservations, room rates, packages, and local area knowledge to confidently assist guests and maximise service quality.
• Uphold hotel policies, WH&S standards, training requirements, and equipment care while maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

What You’ll Bring

• 1+ years of experience as a GSA in a hotel or similar role.
• Proven ability to deliver warm, professional, and efficient guest service
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in front office operations including check‑in/out and handling guest accounts.
• Ability to build strong relationships with other departments in the hotel
• The ability to deal with multiple requests at once and maintain a high level of service.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and booking procedures.
