Job summary

Petstock Retail Pty Ltd in Sale is seeking a hands-on Salon Manager to lead our grooming salon and drive its next stage of growth. This established salon features two grooming stations and a dedicated bathing and drying area, enabling you to run a high-performing operation while supporting a small team.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, develop the team, maintain service standards, and build strong relationships with customers to deliver an exceptional experience for pets and their owners.

Are you an experienced groomer who enjoys leading a team and creating a great experience for customers and their pets? We're looking for a hands-onGrooming Salon Managerto take the lead in our Sale salon and help drive its next stage of growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into an established salon with a loyal and growing customer base. The salon is fully equipped with two grooming stations and a dedicated bathing and drying station, giving you everything you need to run a successful operation while supporting a small team to achieve their best.

Leading the Salon's Success

As the Salon Manager, you'll oversee the day to day running of the salon while continuing to provide high-quality grooming services. You will play a key role in developing your team, maintaining service standards, and building strong relationships with customers.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and supporting a team of two groomers


• Coaching and developing team members across different skill levels
