Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in power systems engineering, with a focus on grid integration of renewable energy.
• Proficiency in power system analysis software: PSS/E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, ETAP.
• Strong understanding of grid codes, interconnection standards, and protection schemes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform grid interconnection studies and impact assessments for renewable energy projects.
• Develop technical specifications for grid connection equipment and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with grid codes and interconnection standards.
• Collaborate with grid operators, utilities, and project teams to facilitate integration.
• Analyze grid stability, power quality, and fault levels related to renewable energy generation.
• Provide technical support during the design, construction, and commissioning phases of grid-connected projects.
