Job summary

Grace Group in Australia is seeking motivated Removalist / Packer casual staff to join our field team, assisting removalists and customers across diverse locations. You will help with packing, loading, and delivering belongings while maintaining a professional appearance.

This role involves simple paperwork (tablet), regular customer communication, and keeping vehicles and warehouse tidy. Our Skills Path training provides a pathway for career growth, with possible progression toward truck

Qualifications

• Ability to pack and unpack carefully.
• Willingness to work at various locations and unsupervised.
• Physically fit to lift and move items.
• Driver's licence with confidence to drive packing vans.

Responsibilities

• Careful packing and unpacking of customer effects.
• Loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Read and complete paperwork required, sometimes using a tablet.
• Communicate regularly with the customer during uplift and delivery.
• Help maintain clean and tidy vehicles, equipment and warehouse.

Your opportunity

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our friendly team. This varied role provides support to our removalists and customers, helping with packing to prepare for a removal and unpacking to help set up a home. You will be out and about in a different location every day, largely working unsupervised; no two days are the same. Our Skills Path training scheme will take you on a learning journey to a whole new career. Maybe in the future you will drive one of our trucks, run our warehouse or run the company!

Your new role

• Careful packing and unpacking of customer effects
• Loading and unloading of vehicles
