Grace Worldwide is hiring for a packing and removal assistant to support our removalists and customers across various sites in Victoria. You will help with packing, loading, and unpacking, and will often work unsupervised in different locations each day.

The role offers Skills Path training and potential for career advancement within the company. You’ll be responsible for careful handling of customer effects, paperwork completion (tablet use possible), and maintaining a clean, organized vehicle

Your opportunity

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our friendly team. This varied role provides support to our removalists and customers, helping with packing to prepare for a removal and unpacking to help set up a home. You will be out and about in a different location every day, largely working unsupervised; no two days are the same. Our Skills Path training scheme will take you on a learning journey to a whole new career. Maybe in the future you will drive one of our trucks, run our warehouse or run the company!

Your new role

• Careful packing and unpacking of customer effects
• Loading and unloading of vehicles
• Read and complete paperwork required, sometimes using a tablet
• Communicate regularly with the customer during uplift & delivery
• Helping maintain clean & tidy vehicles, equipment and warehouse

• Be reliable, hard-working and there for your team mates
• Care about your personal appearance and have a helpful friendly manner
• Be physically fit; lifting and physical exertion is part of the role
• Have a driver’s licence – car licence as a minimum, confidence to drive one of our packing vans is preferable
