Job summary

Grace in Australia is seeking motivated individuals to join our removals team as a Removalist/Packer. You will assist with packing, loading, and unloading, and help set up homes during relocations.

Your opportunity

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our friendly team. This varied role provides support to our removalists and customers, helping with packing to prepare for a removal and unpacking to help set up a home. You will be out and about in a different location every day, largely working unsupervised; no two days are the same. Our Skills Path training scheme will take you on a learning journey to a whole new career. Maybe in the future you will drive one of our trucks, run our warehouse or run the company!

Your new role

• Careful packing and unpacking of customer effects
• Loading and unloading of vehicles
• Read and complete paperwork required, sometimes using a tablet
• Communicate regularly with the customer during uplift & delivery
• Helping maintain clean & tidy vehicles, equipment and warehouse

• Be physically fit; lifting and physical exertion is part of the role
• Have a driver's licence - car licence as a minimum, confidence to drive one of our packing vans is preferable
