Job summary

Grace Worldwide on the Sunshine Coast is seeking motivated individuals to join our friendly team as Removalist Support. You will assist removalists and customers with packing, loading, and unpacking, while moving between locations each day and working largely unsupervised.

The Skills Path training will guide your learning toward a future career, with opportunities to drive trucks or manage warehouse tasks. You’ll be supported by Above award rates with overtime, an employee benefits scheme

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role experience preferred.
• Comfortable with lifting and physical activity.
• Ability to read and follow paperwork on site.

Responsibilities

• Careful packing and unpacking of customer effects.
• Loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Read and complete paperwork, sometimes on a tablet.
• Communicate regularly with customers during uplift and delivery.
• Maintain clean and tidy vehicles, equipment and warehouse.

Your opportunity

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our friendly team. This varied role provides support to our removalists and customers, helping with packing to prepare for a removal and unpacking to help set up a home. You will be out and about in a different location every day, largely working unsupervised; no two days are the same. Our Skills Path training scheme will take you on a learning journey to a whole new career. Maybe in the future you will drive one of our trucks, run our warehouse or run the company!

Your new role

• Careful packing and unpacking of customer effects
• Loading and unloading of vehicles
• Read and complete paperwork required, sometimes using a tablet
• Communicate regularly with the customer during uplift & delivery
• Helping maintain clean & tidy vehicles, equipment and warehouse

• Have a driver’s licence – car licence as a minimum, confidence to drive one of our packing vans is preferable
