Job summary

Four Growers is seeking a Field Technician (Guyra) to serve as the on-site technical authority and face of Four Growers at customer greenhouse facilities. You will deploy, maintain, and repair our robotic harvesters on-site to ensure error-free harvesting performance and maximum uptime, working directly with greenhouse personnel.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in industrial maintenance (mechanical and electrical devices)
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components
• Proficiency with computers
• Ability to work independently
• Experience diagnosing and reporting technical issues
• Valid driver''s license and insurable driving record
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
• Maintains strong customer relationships through clear communication and reliable support
• Strong work ethic and self-starter
• Written and verbal proficiency in English
• Right to work in Australia and pass police background check
• Resourceful and comfortable managing varied day-to-day responsibilities
• Expert problem solver
• Adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity
• Understanding of the AgTech Industry as it relates to greenhouse operations
• Competency with electrical standards
• Familiarity with tool selection and procurement

Responsibilities

• Deploy, maintain, and repair our robotic harvesters on-site at customer greenhouse facilities.
