Job summary

Easygo in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Governance, Risk and Compliance professional to turn requirements into practical controls, test them and close gaps. You'll maintain obligations registers, coordinate with Legal, Finance and ESG data owners, apply AI to automate processes, and report via our GRC dashboards.

This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne office. 3–5 years' experience in GRC, familiarity with Protecht is a plus; join a fast-paced tech team and help evolve our

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in governance, risk, compliance or assurance
• Ability to translate requirements into practical controls and processes
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication across departments
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve efficiency

Responsibilities

• Maintain service line and corporate obligations registers and map them to controls
• Document and improve controls, test design and operating effectiveness
• Coordinate Gifts & Benefits and Conflicts of Interest submissions and vendor due diligence
• Administer the GRC system, including dashboards and reports
• Support risk assessments, maintain risk registers and update frameworks
• Maintain policy registers and coordinate drafting and publication
