Easygo in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Governance, Risk and Compliance professional to work with business leaders to turn requirements into effective controls. You’ll test, document and remediate gaps while ensuring leadership accountability.

The role is full-time at our Melbourne office, collaborating across Legal, Finance, and ESG data owners, with a culture of speed and impact. You will apply AI and automation to streamline processes, maintain risk and controls, and support disclosure

Formación

• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in governance, risk, compliance or assurance, ideally within a fast-paced tech environment.
• Experience maintaining obligations and controls documentation, reviewing evidence and identifying gaps.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical processes and controls with sound judgement on escalation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, managing registers and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication across departments and with stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and build repeatable workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain service line and corporate obligations registers and map to controls with stakeholders.
• Document and improve controls, test design and operating effectiveness, track remediation to closure.
• Administer GRC systems, manage access, workflows and data quality, build dashboards and reports.
• Support risk assessments, maintain risk registers and assist with framework updates.
• Coordinate ESG reporting timelines with Finance and data owners, assist with disclosures.
• Explore and apply AI/automation to improve compliance processes.
