Job summary

Easygo is seeking a hands-on Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) professional to translate requirements into practical controls across our fast-moving tech operations.

You'll partner with business leaders to test controls, document gaps, and manage obligations. You will administer our GRC system, maintain risk registers, and explore AI-enabled automation to streamline processes while coordinating with Legal, Finance and ESG stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in governance, risk, compliance or assurance.
• Experience maintaining obligations and controls documentation.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical processes and controls.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service line and obligations registers, prioritise assurance requirements and map them to controls with stakeholders.
• Document and improve controls, test design and operating effectiveness under the assurance plan, track remediation to closure.
• Manage Gifts & Benefits and Conflicts of Interest submissions and registers, coordinate vendor due diligence.
• Administer the GRC system, from access and workflows to dashboards and reporting.
• Support risk assessments, maintain risk registers and assist with framework updates.
• Maintain the Legal & Compliance policy register and coordinate drafting/approvals/publication.
• Coordinate ESG reporting timelines and information requests, including climate-related disclosures.
• Explore and apply AI and automation to streamline processes.
