Job summary

Easygo Gaming in Melbourne is hiring a Governance, Risk and Compliance Lead to translate requirements into practical controls across the business. You will test effectiveness, close gaps and ensure leadership accountability in a fast-moving tech environment.

You'll collaborate with Legal, Finance and ESG data owners, apply AI and automation to streamline processes, and shape the GRC program from our Melbourne office.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' relevant experience in governance, risk, compliance or assurance, ideally within gaming or tech.
• Experience maintaining obligations and controls documentation, reviewing evidence and identifying gaps.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical processes and controls, with judgement on escalation.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with registers and evidence.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service line and corporate obligations registers, map to controls with stakeholders, track changes.
• Document and improve controls, test design and operating effectiveness, track remediation to closure.
• Administer GRC system (access, workflows, data quality) and prepare dashboards/reports.
• Coordinate ESG reporting timelines and information requests with Finance and data owners.
• Explore AI/automation to improve everyday compliance processes.
