Zurich Australia seeks a Senior Product Manager for the AI Discoverability Squad. You will lead Zurich’s strategy to strengthen visibility across emerging AI platforms and turn capabilities into a competitive advantage. You’ll build the roadmap and deliver a go-to-market strategy spanning owned, earned and paid channels.

You’ll collaborate across the business to focus on signals that drive customer and commercial outcomes and refine approaches in a fast-changing space with support from leaders.

Ready to shape how customers discover Zurich in an AI-powered world? As Senior Product Manager of the AI Discoverability Squad, you’ll lead Zurich’s strategy to strengthen our visibility across emerging AI platforms and turn an evolving capability into a genuine competitive advantage.

Bringing together specialist expertise from across the business, you’ll set the direction, build the roadmap and deliver a go-to-market strategy spanning owned, earned and paid channels.

You’ll focus on the signals that matter—from citations and brand mentions to prompt responses and share of voice—using insight and experimentation to connect discoverability with meaningful customer and commercial outcomes.

With the support of the Head of Brand and Marketing, you’ll lead the strategy, test new ideas and continually refine our approach to keep Zurich at the forefront of this rapidly changing space.

As this is a new and evolving capability, you’ll thrive in ambiguity, create new ways of working and translate emerging technology into practical, commercially valuable outcomes for Zurich, our customers and partners.
