Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong planning and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Understanding of Australian Government grants processes and relevant frameworks.
• Excellent communication across internal and external stakeholders; work independently or collaboratively.
• Financial and analytical capability; experience in program support (ECEC sector desirable).

Responsibilities

• Process and assess grant funding queries and agreements within a small team.
• Maintain records of grant applications, outcomes, acquittals and expenditure.
• Prepare responses to grant queries by reviewing agreements, guidelines and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with stakeholders and provide program information to executives and other agencies.
