Aboriginal Affairs NSW is seeking a Senior Project Officer, Grants to lead the development, implementation and evaluation of grants programs supporting Aboriginal communities. You will manage the grants lifecycle, drive program planning, assessments, funding agreements, budgets, reporting and governance, while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

Experience managing complex projects or grants programs from planning through to monitoring, reporting and evaluation.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills supporting diverse audiences.
Ability to work within governance, compliance and quality frameworks while delivering outcomes.
Experience with budgeting and grants governance to support evidence-based decision making.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the development, implementation and evaluation of grants programs.
Oversee elements of the grants lifecycle including planning, assessments, funding agreements, budgets, reporting and governance.
Build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders and provide evidence-based advice.
Contribute to continuous improvement across grants administration and processes.
