The Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure NSW in Newcastle is seeking a Senior Program Officer Grant Management to support grant administration across the full lifecycle. You will coordinate grant agreements, monitor performance and reporting, and help ensure governance and compliance across projects.

Based in Newcastle or Parramatta with flexibility for other NSW DPHI offices, the role offers a permanent full-time pathway with a salary in Clerk Grade 9/10 band plus super.

Qualifikationen

• Strong administrative, program coordination and grant management skills.
• Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills, with experience building productive relationships across government, communities and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Maintains meticulous attention to detail while working across compliance, reporting and financial processes within a complex program environment.
• Sensitivity to and understanding of Aboriginal culture, with a strong understanding of Aboriginal community governance and structures.

Aufgaben

• Coordinating grant agreements and administration activities, ensuring alignment with program objectives, governance frameworks and the NSW Grant Administration Guidelines.
• Monitoring grant progress and performance, reporting and financial information, and identifying and escalating emerging risks or issues.
• Supporting effective grant management systems and processes and contributing to governance, assurance, evaluation and decision-making.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of grant management methodologies, guidelines and processes, while working collaboratively with teams and stakeholders to support effective end-to-end grant lifecycle management.
