Job summary

Talent International is recruiting a Regional Project Officer to support a NSW Government home ownership program, based in Coffs Harbour. This is a 4-month contract with the possibility of extension, paying $68/hour + Super.

Reporting to the Project Manager Home Ownership, you will coordinate, engage communities, manage grants, produce dashboards and reports, and support evaluation to achieve regional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or program delivery.
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills with Aboriginal communities.
• Sound administrative skills with attention to detail and probity.
• Ability to analyse data and prepare clear reports and documentation.
• Excellent organization and prioritisation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a 12-month regional events calendar for 80 home ownership opportunities.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities using technology where appropriate.
• Administer the Home Buyer Saver grants program with probity and accurate records.
• Maintain program data, finalise the Home Ownership Dashboard and support evaluation.
• Prepare project documentation including status updates, reports and budgets.
• Support regional projects with community partners to deliver outcomes.
• Build and maintain stakeholder relationships for planning and policy implementation.
