Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering degree required.
• 1–2 years post-graduate experience in engineering, manufacturing or technical environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret workshop/engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries with fast turnaround times.
• Review workshop and engineering drawings to understand job requirements.
• Prepare and issue accurate quotations based on drawings and specifications provided.
• Following up quotations with customers via phone and email.
• Building strong relationships with customers and providing excellent service.
• Entering confirmed jobs into the production queue.
• Communicating with customers and internal production teams to ensure jobs move through the process efficiently.
• Managing multiple enquiries and quotations while meeting customer deadlines.
