Everyday Independence invites applications for a Graduate Speech Pathologist in Bankstown. The program supports new graduates through structured supervision, interdisciplinary collaboration, and professional development to build confidence and drive positive outcomes for people with disability.

You will deliver evidence-based therapy across homes, schools, and communities, supported by a robust induction, 1:1 clinical supervision, and modular learning.

Qualifications

• A recently completed Speech Pathology degree and current (or pending) SPA registration.
• Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
• A valid Australian driver’s license and willingness to work in community settings

Employment Type – Full time, Part time (4 days per week) or 9-day fortnight

Salary – $80,104.00 – $84,609.85 per annum (inclusive of annual leave loading)
