Job summary

Everyday Independence in Melbourne’s Victoria region is launching the Interdisciplinary Practice Graduate Program, starting February 2027 with monthly intakes. The Graduate Speech Pathologist role is based in Burwood East or Croydon and can be full time, part time (4 days per week) or a 9‑day fortnight, with a salary of $80,104–$84,609 per year plus super, vehicle options, mobile and laptop.

You will receive structured supervision, professional development leave and a clear pathway to develop

Qualifications

• A recently completed Speech Pathology degree and SPA registration.
• Ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
• A valid Australian driver’s license and willingness to work in community settings.
