Everyday Independence is offering a Graduate Speech Pathologist program in Seaford, Peninsula or Moorabbin. You’ll be supported with supervision, professional development, and opportunities to work across homes, schools and communities.

The role provides a structured induction, 1:1 clinical supervision, interdisciplinary learning, and pathways for career growth within one of Australia’s largest therapy providers. A strong focus on wellbeing and flexible salary options accompanies the package.

Qualifications

• Recent Speech Pathology degree required.
• SPA registration or eligibility.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check required.
• Valid Australian driver’s license preferred or required for community settings.

Graduate Speech Pathologist

Location – Seaford, Peninsula or Moorabbin

Employment Type – Full time, Part time (4 days per week) or 9-day fortnight

Salary – $80,104.00 – $84,609.85 per annum (inclusive of annual leave loading) + superannuation + vehicle options + mobile + laptop + options to boost salary up to $10,000

Supervision and Support – Structured support and supervision from supervisors, team leaders and peers

What You’ll Need

• A recently completed Speech Pathology degree and current (or pending) SPA registration
• Ability to obtain a NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check
• A valid Australian driver’s license and willingness to work in community settings
