Everyday Independence is offering a 12-month graduate Speech Pathologist program in Southern Perth, Rockingham. It includes 1:1 clinical supervision, evidence-based therapy, and a structured support network within Australia’s largest therapy provider group.

You will work across homes, schools, and community settings with full-time, part-time, or 9-day fortnight options. The package includes a competitive salary plus superannuation, vehicle options, and PD leave to support your growth.

• Recent Speech Pathology degree and SPA registration (current or pending).
• Ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.

Job title – Graduate Speech Pathologist
Location – Rockingham
Employment Type – Full time, Part time (4 days per week) or 9-day fortnight
Salary – $80,104.00 – $84,609.85 per annum (inclusive of annual leave loading) + superannuation + vehicle options + mobile + laptop + options to boost salary up to $10,000
Supervision and Support – Structured support and supervision from supervisors, team leaders and peers
