Job summary

Everyday Independence on the Gold Coast is seeking a Graduate Speech Pathologist to provide evidence-based therapy in homes, schools and communities. You will join a structured program with supervision from supervisors, team leaders, and peers, supported by professional development allowances.

The role offers full-time or flexible part-time options, a strong induction, and national hub access with vehicle and technology provisions to support practice.

Qualifications

• Recently completed Speech Pathology degree and SPA registration (current or pending).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check required.
• Working with Children Check required.
• Valid Australian driver's license and willingness to work in community settings.

Job title – Graduate Speech Pathologist

Location – Ashmore

Employment Type – Full time, Part time (4 days per week) or 9-day fortnight

Salary –$80,104.00 – $84,609.85 per annum (inclusive of annual leave loading) + superannuation + vehicle options + mobile + laptop + options to boost salary up to $10,000

Supervision and Support – Structured support and supervision from supervisors, team leaders and peers
