Job summary

Avina is seeking a Speech Pathologist in its 12-month Graduate Program across SA regional opportunities. You’ll start with a 9-week onboarding and structured caseload ramp-up, with regular supervision and shadowing from senior SPs.

You'll gain experience across community, clinic, and school settings, working in Port Pirie or other SA regional locations, with MDT collaboration and a supportive team guiding your clinical growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Pathology completed or nearing completion.
• Speech Pathology Australia membership or eligibility.
• Interest in community, disability and person-centred practice.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Speech Pathology services across community, clinic, home and school environments.
• Caseload to build gradually with ongoing clinical support during graduate year.
• Collaborate within an MDT and work across settings (community, clinic, home, school).
