Job summary

Avina Therapy is offering a 12-month Graduate Program for Speech Pathologists in New South Wales. The program provides onboarding, supervision and structured exposure to a broad range of clinical practice across community and clinic settings.

You will learn through shadowing, reverse shadowing, and supported sessions, building your clinical identity and confidence while working with a multidisciplinary team and mentors. Eligible graduates will join a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

Qualifications

Must have degree completed or near completion in Speech Pathology.
Speech Pathology Australia membership or eligibility.
Interest in community, disability and person-centred practice.
Curiosity, initiative, willingness to learn and openness to feedback.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Speech Pathology services across community, clinic, home and school environments.
As capability grows, take on greater ownership of a real caseload.
Work collaboratively within a MDT and engage in regular supervision and feedback.
