Job summary

Avina is offering a 12-month Graduate Program for Speech Pathologists in New South Wales. You will learn through structured onboarding, regular supervision, case reviews and MDT collaboration to build confidence and clinical identity.

You'll deliver services across community, clinic, home and school, work with a supportive team, and advance your practice with hands-on experience and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Pathology completed or nearing completion
• Speech Pathology Australia membership or eligibility
• Interest in community, disability and person-centred practice
• Curiosity, initiative, willingness to learn and openness to feedback
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain them

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Speech Pathology services across community, clinic, home and school environments
• Take on greater ownership of a real caseload as capability grows, with supervision and collaboration within a MDT
