Job summary

Avina is seeking a graduate Speech Pathologist to join a structured 12‑month program in Western Sydney (Penrith). You’ll deliver person‑centred, evidence‑informed services across community, clinic and school settings, with strong supervision and case support.

As you build your clinical identity, you’ll work alongside experienced clinicians, MDT members and peers, gaining hands-on experience and professional development opportunities within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Pathology completed or nearing completion.
• Speech Pathology Australia membership or eligibility.
• Interest in community, disability and person-centred practice.
• Curiosity, initiative, willingness to learn and openness to feedback.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-informed, person-centred Speech Pathology services across community, clinic, home and school environments.
• As capability grows, take on greater ownership of a real caseload.
• Supportive onboarding and supervision to help you develop confidence and clinical identity.
