Job summary

APM Group’s Early Start Australia Graduate program in Darwin supports new graduates to become capable therapists from day one. You will receive structured induction, 1:1 supervision, and weekly clinician guidance as you manage your own caseload with a multidisciplinary team.

Applicants should hold a relevant Speech Pathology qualification with SPA registration, a valid driver’s license, and checks (WWC/NDIS). The role offers growth, CPD support and relocation assistance where applicable.

Qualifications

• Qualified Speech Pathologist with SPA registration or eligible for registration.
• NDIS worker screening and Working with Children/Vulnerable People checks current.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle.
• First aid & CPR certificate.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent observation and report-writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver early intervention speech pathology services to children and families.
• Conduct comprehensive formal and informal assessments.
• Develop and implement individualised therapy plans aligned with family goals.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams using a transdisciplinary approach.
• Monitor progress and adapt therapy programs as needed.
• Provide education and resources to empower families for home practice.
